Sleeve anchors for heavy duty applications
Sleeve anchors are extremely versatile fixings that can be used for light or heavy-duty applications in concrete, brick or stone. Sleeve anchors have an easy to use mechanism whereby the bolt is tightened and the expansion sleeve expands against the base material to create a secure fixing.
Sleeve anchors from T&I Chalmers are quick and easy to install and easy to remove.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you use sleeve anchors?
- Drill the hole to the correct size and depth. If the hole is too big the anchor will spin in the hole without gripping.
- Remove debris from the hole.
- Push the sleeve anchor through the fixture and into the hole.
- Tighten the bolt so the sleeve spreads apart and grips the sides of the hole. (Don’t over-tighten the anchor).
How do you size sleeve anchors?
Sleeve anchors are sized by both their thread size and their anchor length. For example,if you needed a sleeve anchor with thread size of M12 and anchor length of 100mm, you would order a M12x100 sleeve anchor.
What is the pull-out load for sleeve anchors?
Refer to the sleeve anchor table for estimated pull out loads.
