Low-Quality Imported Threaded Rods Threaten South African Industry
In recent years there has been an increase in the low-quality threaded rods imported into the South African market. In an effort to highlight the dangers of poor quality imported rods, T&I Chalmers Engineering sent samples of M8, M10 and M16 mild steel threaded rods to IMP Labs and National Thread Grinding for independent analysis – below is the technical report.
